We are on a mission to close the gender leadership gap globally. We'd love to support your organization along your diversity & inclusion journey, making a difference together.
We started the female factor in 2019 with the aim to create a community for the next generation of female decision-makers. We support these female leaders through mentoring, networking and our career programs.

In 2020 we started to connect fantastic companies such as Google, BCG, Mondi, Bank Austria and many more with our female talents.

We are also the brand behind Europe's first job platform for female talents, connecting them to inclusive companies.
